You will need 1 jug of tapioca to 7 jugs of water and then place this in the cooking pan on a high heat.
Bring to the boil, stirring every so often and making sure the tapioca does NOT stick to the bottom and sides of the pan. When the water has reached boiling point lower the heat to a simmer.
This should be cooked for 45mins. During the cooking process keep stirring the Tapioca to make sure that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan and that the water cooking the tapioca does not thicken (Add enough water until the water is of smooth substance).
After 45mins of cooking drain the tapioca and rinse in cold water, washing away any extra compound and leaving just the tapioca.
Once this is done, soak the tapioca in the syrup to make the tapioca juicy.
