About Kwoklyn Wan 

As a 3rd Generation Restaurateur and Chef, the call of the kitchen was always strong for Kwoklyn and the last 3 years have seen him sharing his passion for all things delicious; in written articles, interviews and appearances on BBC Radio Leicester, live demonstrations at food festivals and on TV; from January 2018 on ‘This Morning’ to his debut presenting role for the BBC 1 Inside Out documentary in September 2018. 
 
His first book ‘Chinese Takeaway Cookbook’, was commissioned and published by Quadrille Publishing and released to an eager public in the UK on 24 January 2019. A further launch is set for the US, Australia and Netherlands in August. Kwoklyn’s book holds the key to cooking perfect Chinese Takeaway dishes as well as essential shopping tips and cooking tricks of the trade.
