ABOUT THE RECIPE

I think the best thing about being on a Slimming World diet is the CARBS.
I love Noodles, I love Rice, I love Potatoes and if cooked with no oil they are all SYN FREE.

You must use the dried noodles and rice as the pre softened or cooked varieties have a syn value, I think it's because oil is used to stop them from drying out.

METHOD

Place nests of noodles into boiling water for 1 minute until softened (2 to 3 minutes if you are using the thick noodles), drain and then lay on a clean tea towel spread out to air cool and dry.

Heat your wok and once hot add oil and onions, after 1 minute add chicken or your protein of choice and cook until piping hot, now add your cooled noodles. Give everything a good mix and then allow the noodles to char a little, now add your soy sauce and oyster sauce. Combine and serve.
