ABOUT THE RECIPE
I think the thing I miss most during my weight loss journey is bread. I know you can have a slice or 2 as part of your Healthy B but if you're like me, I need variety. These pancakes are truly amazing, they are on plan, they have a chewy bread like texture and they are absolutely amazing smothered in maple strup and bacon.
Another practically SYN FREE recipe per portion
METHOD
Combine oat flour, eggs and milk to gather to create a batter. Heat your non stick frying pan and add a couple of squirts of FryLite. Dollop in the batter to create pancakes. Once browned flip over and cook the other side until brown too. Transfer to a warm plate and repeat until all of the mixture is cooked.
I serve mine with grilled bacon medalions whic are syn free or turkey bacon and then I Syn a squirt of Maple Syrup.
INGREDIENTS
80g Rolled Oats, blended to make a flour
4 eggs
100ml Almond Milk (1 Syn)
Spray Oil
