Pre heat your oven to 180c and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Place your eggs into a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand whisk beat your eggs on a medium to low setting until they have double in size and have turned a pale yellowish colour.
Now add your baking soda and whisk again to combine, add half of the almond butter whisking on low and then add the remainding along with a pinch of salt and half of your mixed seeds.
Pour mixture into your lined loaf tin, carefully sprinkle over the remainder of your seeds and place into the centre of your oven for 30 minutes.
Once cooked place upside down in the baking tin over a wire rack and allow to cool.
