Asian Slaw

ABOUT THE RECIPE 

Asian slaw is quick, easy and so full of flavour. A great side dish for many Asian dishes. 
 
Serves 2 to 4 People - Less than 2 syns per portion  

METHOD 

Mix all ingredients together and serve. Simple! 

INGREDIENTS 

1/4 White Cabbage (finely chopped) 
1/4 Red Cabbage (finely Chopped) 
2 Carrots (Grated) 
Thumb Piece of Ginger Grated (Peeled) 
2 Spring Onions (finely chopped) 
1 Red Chilli 
1 Birds Eyes Chilli (Optional) 
Zest and Juice of 2 limes 
1 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds (3 Syns) 
1 to 2 tsp Salt (to taste) 
2 tsp Muscovado Sugar (2 syns)
