Keto | Low Carb Bread SERVES : 4 | PREPARATION TIME 10 MINUTES | COOKING TIME 30 MINUTES 

Now you gotta remember that to make a traditional loaf of bread you need to use flour, once the dough is formed you knead the dough to build gluten which gives the bread its unique chew.  
 
This however is a LOW CARB recipe and requires ZERO flour.

My first attempt at this recipe was ok but I knew it could be improved, so I busied myself in the kitchen, (on the hottest day of the century 40.5c) oven blarring well pre heated to 180c and went about putting the ingredients together.

Stunned at the outcome I had to wait yet another 30 minutes with a fan directly pointing at the loaf before I could carve into it. Perfection, well I thought so.  
 
For a flourless bread recipe the slices of bread had structure and a little chew and the seeds added texture. Once fully cooled slice and make into your favourite sandwich. You'd never believe that this bread had no flour in it and wasn't proper bread.  
 
I filled mine with streaky bacon, lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes and a blob of full fat mayo. B.L.T HEAVEN

Low Carb Keto BLT

Keto | Low Carb Bread SERVES : 4 | PREPARATION TIME 10 MINUTES | COOKING TIME 30 MINUTES 

INGREDIENTS 

4 Eggs 
1 tsp Baking Soda 
2/3 Cup Smooth Almond Butter (or smooth Peanut Butter) 
1/3 Cup Mixed Seeds 
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt  

METHOD 

Pre heat your oven to 180c and line a loaf tin with baking paper.  
 
Place your eggs into a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand whisk beat your eggs on a medium to low setting until they have double in size and have turned a pale yellowish colour.  
 
Now add your baking soda and whisk again to combine, add half of the almond butter whisking on low and then add the remainding along with a pinch of salt and half of your mixed seeds.  
 
Pour mixture into your lined loaf tin, carefully sprinkle over the remainder of your seeds and place into the centre of your oven for 30 minutes.  
 
Once cooked place upside down in the baking tin over a wire rack and allow to cool.
