METHOD
In a hot wok add oil, pork, five spice and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add onions and bok choy and mix in with the rest of the ingredients.
Add water and allow bok choy and onions to soften in the steam.
Finally, add sesame oil and serve.

300g sliced Pork
1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/2 White Onion (cut into cubes)
300 grams Pak Choi washed and sliced
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
