Break the eggs into a shallow dish. Add the milk and beat with a fork.
Heat half the butter and oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until the butter melts.
Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure both sides are covered. Put in the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes, then turn the toast over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Repeat for the other 3 slices of bread.
Cut each slice in half and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle over your Honey or syrup and serve with a selection of fruit and berries.
