Egg Foo Yung

ABOUT THE RECIPE 

This Chinese takeaway classic is easy to make at home with this delicious recipe. The Egg Foo Yung sauce is simple and full of flavour! 
 
This dish is completely SYN FREE  

METHOD 

Break the eggs into a bowl and give them a good whisk - Add Salt and White Pepper (just a little). 
 
In a Wok or Frying Pan heat spray oil. 
 
Add your optional ingredients to the frying pan along with a pinch of Salt and Pepper and carefully mix together. Make sure that all of the ingredients are coated in the oil and are cooked through. This will take between 4 to 5 minutes. 
 
Add your whisked eggs and allow the eggs to cook for one minute before stirring. Now carefully stir all of the ingredients together. Once the eggs are cooked all the way through serve onto a big plate.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS 

1/2 cup Onion (sliced) 
1/2 cup Beansprouts 
1/2 cup Mushrooms (sliced) 
1/2 cup Ham (chopped) 
1/2 cup Peeled Shrimps 
1/2 cup Chicken (cooked and diced) 
1/2 cup Peas 
1/2 cup Green Peppers (sliced)
