ABOUT THE RECIPE 

This drink will have you romanticising about sandy beaches, hot summer afternoons and the gentle wash of the sea lapping across the shore. Sweet, juicy and creamy, it’s a drink that slips down so smoothly, kicking your taste buds into action on the way through. 
 

METHOD 

Place all of the ingredients into a blender except for 3 whole lychees. 
 
Blend on full power for 20-30 seconds, pour into three glasses and top with a whole lychee.

INGREDIENTS 

650ml Lychee Juice 
6 tbsp. Condensed Milk (you can use a vegan alternative) 
300ml Coconut Milk 
3 cups Crushed Ice 
1 Tin Lychees
