WELCOME to my brand new online, live streamed COOKERY SCHOOL. 
 
 
I'll be hosting regular fun and engaging cookalongs that will give you a real flavour of Chinese cuisine. I'll share lots of interesting stories of my siblings and I growing up in a Chinese restaurant, plus you'll be invited behind the kitchen door where I'll share the secrets that have remained hidden for the last 5 thousand years.  
 
Whether you're a nervous beginner or a seasoned professional you can enjoy a fun filled unforgetable experience with great food, lots of laughter and of course a little tipple if you wish.  
 
In each class we'll chat about ingredients, which brands I use, where to buy them and most importantly how they are used to create those classic Chinese and Cantonese flavours we've all learnt to love and crave.  
 
Let me guide you step-by-step as we cook a myriad of delicious dishes together.

All classes are hosted on the Zoom platform. Keep learning afterwards by watching a recording of the class that we send to you, along with the class recipes, equipment recommendations and bonus recipes. 
 
HOW IT WORKS: 
1. Select a class and pay online 
2. Buy the ingredients on your recipe sheet 
3. The day before the class we'll email over your ZOOM log in details 
4. Set up your equipment and lay out your ingredients  
5. Join the ZOOM class and get Wok'ing

I literally grew up in the kitchens of my parent's Chinese takeaways and restaurants. 
 
I’m pretty sure if you cut me in half it would say “10 minute” (in a broad Chinese accent), which is pretty much what we told every customer who asked how long their order would be.
