Wow, we're only 1 month in and 2020 has already delivered so many amazing opportunities. 

 

My Veggie Chinese Takeaway Cookbook was released on 9th January and since it's launch I have been lucky enough to be featured in Newspapers, Magazines, Radio Shows and TV

Osmond Fans how surreal was this? 

Having been invited to join the lovely Gaby Roslin on her BBC Radio London show I got to meet Merrill Osmond, the elder brother & lead singer of 'THE' Osmonds. YES you heard right The Osmonds (only one of the biggest groups in the world in the 70's). Well after the show had finished Merrill and I headed into London China Town for a stroll and then dinner. We chatted and discussed lots of ideas, so watch this space as we may just collaborate on some projects together later this year. 

 

Well 2020 I'd just like to Thank You for what has been a truly exzilerating start to the new decade. Keep it coming as i'm ready for the best decade of my life.
