How I Lost over Half a Stone in One week
Day 56: Sunday 3rd October 2021 
 
Yes you heard right I ate a dinner designed and developed by the great Ken Hom, unfortunately he got stuck in France so was unable to join us for Dinner. 
 
Starter: Spicy Coconut Curry Soup Noodle 
Main: Ox Tail Pie 
Dessert: Coconut Ice Cream 
 
Its been a busy week of award parties, publisher and production meeting and new partnerships. I've eaten in some of London's BEST restaurants including Balthazar - Covent Garden. Four Seasons - China Town and The Wet Fish - Hampstead. 
 
Thankfully I still managed to lose nearly 4 pounds. 
 
Weight: 21 Stone, 11 Pounds 3/4
