How I Lost over Half a Stone in One week
Day 35: Sunday 12th September 2021 
 
Sorry it's been 2 weeks since my last video. 
I managed to get away in my camper van and I had a 'Rocky Horror' event to attend. 
 
I'm still on plan and the weight loss has slowed down so taking is needed to hopefully kick start my metabolism. 
 
Todays recipe is my 
 
Oat Pancakes, Maple Syrup and Turkey Bacon 
 
40g Rolled Oats, blended to make a flour 
1 to 2 eggs 
50ml Almond Milk (1/2 Syn) 
Turkey Bacon 
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (2 syns) 
 
Combine oat flour, eggs and milk to gather to create a batter. Heat your non stick frying pan and add a couple of squirts of FryLite. Dollop in the batter to create pancakes. Once browned flip over and cook the other side until brown too. Transfer to a warm plate and repeat until all of the mixture is cooked. 
 
In the same frying pan add your turkey bacon, once cooked transfer to your pancakes and then drizzle over your maple syrup. 
 
A breakfast/snack to die for.
