How I Lost over Half a Stone in One week
Day 7 and wow I've lost 7 pounds and 3/4 in my first week. Thank you so much to everyone who has decided to follow my journey, you really are making this journey so much easier. 
 
HA = Healthy Option A

Start Date: Monday 9th August 2021 
Start Weight: 23 stone 13 pounds & 3/4 
 
Day 3: Wednesday 11th August 2021 
Weight: 23 stone 12 pounds & 3/4 
Weight lost 1 pound 
 
Morning Coffee with 150ml Almond Milk (HA) 
 
Breakfast: 40g Porridge Oats (HB), 240ml Almond Milk (HA) 
 
Lunch: 2 Boiled Eggs with Soy Sauce 
 
Snack: Bowl of Chopped fruit 
 
Chinese Takeaway 
 
Boiled Rice 
Chicken with Tomatoes 
King Prawns with Tomatoes 
Chicken & Black Bean 
Chicken & Mushrooms

Day 4: Thursday 12th August 2021

Morning Coffee with 150ml lacto free milk (HA) 
 
Breakfast: 40g Porridge Oats (HB) frozen blueberries and 1/2 banana sliced on top. 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 syn) 
 
Snack: handful of grapes and 100g Fish Sticks 
 
Snack: Nectarine 
 
Dinner: 
Sweetcorn Soup 
Chicken & Mushroom Chow Mein 
Sriracha King Prawn Chow Mein

Day 5: Friday 13th August 2021 
Weight: 23 stones 8 pounds 3/4 
Weight lost 5 pounds 
 
Morning Coffee with 150ml lacto free milk (HA) 
 
Breakfast: 2 Gluten Free Toast (HB), smoked salmon with lemon and 2 poached eggs. 
 
Snack: Chopped Pineapple & Nectarine 
 
Snack: Banana 🍌 
 
Snack: egg, sliced chicken and a tbsp cottage cheese 
 
Bike Ride: 6 miles 
Then my bike blew over 🤦🏻‍♂️ 
 
Snack: 200g Cherries 
 
Dinner 
Rice, roast potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots, broccoli, peas & Sweetcorn. Sliced lean beef, horseradish, mint sauce and gravy

1 Butterfly Chicken Breast (2 1/2) Syns 
Large Rice (5) syns 
Corn no butter free 
 
Snack: 
1 Corn on the Cob 
Nectarine 
Sliced Chicken 
Fish Sticks 
Cottage Cheese 
Chopped Pineapple  
 
 
Slimming World Friendly RECIPE  
 
King Prawn Sriracha Chow Mein 
 
12/15 Peeled raw king prawns 
1 Onion, cut into slices 
1 Carrott, cut into batons 
1 Pepper, cut into slices 
1 Chilli, finely chopped 
Handful of Beansprouts 
1 nest of #1 Egg Noodles, rehydrated until soft and dried completely 
2 tbsp Sriracha Chilli sauce (1 syn) 
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 
Frylite Oil 
 
Heat wok until smoking and spray with oil, add king prawns and once turned pink add onions, carrots and pepper, After 1 minute add chilli and then your noodles, fry for 1 minute and add your chilli and soy sauce. Continue to cook for a further 2 minutes, if needed add a splash of water to keep everything moist. Now add beansprouts, toss for 30 seconds and serve.
